Decisions
Alan has appeared at many different courts and tribunals to try claims for his clients over the past 17 years. Successful preparation is important to try to avoid a trial and to successfully resolve a claim. Unfortunately, sometimes insurance companies refuse to settle claims fairly or reasonably, and sometimes do not assess the claim correctly. When this happens, you have to try your case.
Alan will try your case if necessary. Below is a sample of some of Alan's recent written decisions following trials, appeals, hearings, and motions in the superior court and at the financial services commission of Ontario.
Please review Al's latest rulings and decisions. Alan Clausi will stand up for you.
